It often happens that real estate agents ask for a fee before you are able to sign a rental agreement. These costs will often be earmarked as agency fees/intermediary fees “bemiddelingskosten”. According to Dutch law these costs are almost never allowed.
We can offer direct payment of a part of the costs that you have paid. On the basis of your description/information we will check if the costs have been paid unduly. If this is the case we will make you an offer in which we will take over the right to litigate against the real estate agent and in this manner to get hold of the unduly paid fees.
